Spent the day alternating between Pest Control and Zombies, getting Attack xp the n00b way! It paid off and I'm well under 400k till the big 99! I am still planning to get this lovely 99 on Saturday in my house. I have no idea what time so be there if you can and if not it really is ok. It might be fun... haha...

Today I had just a short rehearsal for playing at graduation tomorrow. Yay, I get to get up early and then completely destroy my face! Then, I'm rewarded with a month off! Yay!

Today there was a new person in Canting, whose name escapes me, who had read and enjoys many of our blogs. Yay!! I wasn't in the best of moods today so I forgot to write down his name but I'm sure he'll be back. :D Oh man, if he is really a she I'm going to be so embarrassed! :P I was enjoying the discussion tonight... made pest control go much faster and helped me get to 100 points to get over 60k attack xp! :D

D: Plus that was happier times when I was a master of questing... ;-; On a happier note, that was when I felt sooooo smug for planting my Spirit Tree at 79 Farming with a Stranger Plant. :P Because I refuse to dig it up, I now have 20 spirit seeds in my bank, taking up room because they're not tradeable but I don't want to just drop them...

Graduation tomorrow and then I'll be done for a month! Pleeeease face don't die! Good night all!

Finals Finally Done

Yayyy!!! After my free day yesterday and my really early morning Chinese final today I am DONE with the academic side of the semester!! I just have a rehearsal tomorrow and then the big party on Friday morning and then I'm done until the middle of January. Sooo many things I have planned to keep me busy, both on RS and in real life. I already tailored my dress into a skirt today and it looks very naise! :D

So.. Other than completely forgetting to post yesterday I've been slaying my little flippers off. It didn't help that I got a black dragon task which is the one and only task that I range. I did it anyway, of course, but it took a long time especially since I caught a bunch of impinaboxes first so I could stay longer. I've been farming and stuff like that today too, to get a break from the grind. If I get about 200k xp a day I'll have 99 on Saturday like I'm planning. Oh boy, I think I'm actually gonna cheat little bit and go play Pest Control or Soul Wars... >D

The new hitpoints thing came out and I like it! It's a lot nicer and I'm used to it already. It even seemed like I was hitting higher than normal, and I even got it on camera!


Yes, some people say that's a low hit, but remember I only have 85 str, I don't pot ever, and I don't give a rat's behind about str bonuses, so my max is like 260. It was awesome! I was ripping nechs apart!

I've been slaying almost all day but ran into a problem called 57 black dragon task. What??? Again?? Either I pray and melee them all or just put it off and go train on other monsters. Blegh... Other than slaying, I've been farming my harbs from my various tasks and clue scrollin as well. Nothing real great but lots of tele scrolls lately which I am totally happy with. Got some good seeds from kingdom too including finally another magic! Woohoo farming xp!!


Here's me and A Fatal One synchronizing our herblore skills up! Speaking of herby, a good rs friend of mine got 99 Herb today! Gratz to Lord Doom321! He was even open for my 95 rc effigy so I got that done but that maxed him out. Too bad, because I had a 97 herby one after that! I told my dad, who has 94, and he got some stews and was able to boost up to 99 and get 30k xp for himself and help me get a huuuuge amount of rc xp!

Soooo tonight I go to bed early since I did get up at 6:25 this morning and am feeling it now... I leave you with this special public service announcement:

Rollback...

Today I was slaying along... finished up my fire giant task and was getting new one. Fangy told me he wanted some blue vambs so I told him that soon I would go kill a blue and get him some. It took forever and a day and my task ended up being blues! XD

So I went to Taverly to kill one but it was packed so I went to Kuradal's and killed 2 (I sold a pair so I have 1 left and wanted a stacker again) and flew to a bank for money and then to Alkarid to tan them before finally flying to Falador where I made them and gave a pair to him.

After that I went afk reading some of my favorite bloggy type websites when I heard the opening rs music. Had 5 minutes really gone by? I couldn't have times out that fast... I went to re-log back in but that familiar message of "You haven't logged out yet" came up. It's been glitching like that a lot lately but rather than choose another world I just closed out of rs and continued reading blogs. Then I went to dinner so it was a while before I came back. I figured that 84 went down like it does quite often and so I went on 158 instead.

I found myself back at the entrance to Taverly, the Falador tele runes still in my bag, my dueling ring with 1 charge, and my dragonstone. I clearly remembered logging out in Varrock West and immediately realized that I had just gotten a taste of my first rollback! Kind of cool, cept not, because I lost the blue vambs I made. LOL, of all things to be pissed off about from a rollback and it was losing all that effort to get me a stacker pair of blue vambraces! XD Also, all the crap pile of herbs that were taking up like 10 spaces in my bank that I sold on the GE were back so I had to go sell them again. *Grumble*

With that excitement over I canceled my blue drag task (because I really cba to bank all the time and worry about a tort etc when I'm trying to grind 99 attack) and got nechs. Great... -.- I went fishing for some food like I was planning to do right when 84 died and assisted someone in Canting with some craftypants before heading off to the slayer tower. Amazingly, the open world I found wasn't laggy at all! It was very exciting and I got to work grinding out that task. I'm under 800k to 99 already and have tomorrow free all day to grind until my legs are so stiff I can't straighten them IRL. Fun fun!

As for real life, I had a final and my jury today. First was the final, the one with the study guide that totally asked questions about stuff we didn't cover in class? Yeah, there were like 2 curveballs on it. Grrrr. Luckily it wasn't too bad and I felt fairly confident on it. I went into the class with an 89.94 (I kid you not) so I'm getting an A or a B regardless. I got an 89 on my paper and presentation which I'm happy with. After that me and my mom went to lunch together then after I talked her ear off I went and practiced my solo a bit and finally it was time for my jury.

BTW, a jury in this case is where music majors play a solo they learn during the semester and play it in front of faculty. It's a final exam for private lessons. So I dressed up all nice, went in, and played it. I feel like I did ok... No major mishaps at all! I missed a few notes but oh well it still flowed. I fluffed the last note though, for no real reason... ugh... I'm so glad to have it behind me now! One more final and I can academically check out! Then it's just a rehearsal and play at graduation and I'm off for a month! Sooo many things I want to do! Yay!

Elite Clue, Op. 8

aaaaaand an anticlimactic elite #8 at that!!!

So there I was, doing my iron task so I could move on with my life and get attack xp. They dropped pretty much nothing at all and I managed to tank the whole task except for the last 9, when I had to leave because I ran out of antifire. -.-

Wellll.... Sometime in the middle there I got a clue-with-an-appendage drop! Woot! My first from a metal dragon! After my task I set off to do it. First it was in the deep wildy so I ran around and almost got eaten by 2 orks and a knight right at the lever. I hid, logged to eat dinner, and came back and found it up by the scorpion pit. Then I was off to Frem caves not once but THREE times!!! And the first and third time were in the same place! The 2nd time it was riiiight at the entrance of the cave. lol :D I also had a piscatoris scan which I found faster than last night and uhhhh uhhhhhhh uh oh yeah an elfland scan. Haha I used my crystal, clicked the clue, and the arrow glowed 2 steps away. Woot! My entire clue was nothing but scans, because I jinxed it by saying "I prefer compass clues."

The whole thing took maybe an hour, even less. I got my casket and went to Edgy where I opened it and.........

Anticlimactic!!!!

Luckily it's all stuff I use so I'm not mad. Also, even though it was only a 200k value I much prefer the fun of doing clues to the actual rewards. Those sawmill teles and palm will come in handy, and the laws and nats definitely will.

I have my history final and jury tomorrow so basically I'm going to be living in a practice room. Well, not really, but I will be running through my piece a few times. Then after a billion years of waiting I'll get to perform my solo in front of the brass faculty. It's a nice easy one this year and I'm not one to beat myself over things so I plan to just go in, grind it out, and get the freak outta there! Of course, not before thanking and paying my wonderful accompanist. She rocks!

Other than my jury I got my final in music history and after looking at the study guide I am kind of going WTF. All he had were 5 questions that we will answer in essay form. I have no idea if it's going to be all 5 or pick 1 or 2 or what... Plus, all of them are stuff that we..... didn't cover in class. Like really, there's a big ol question about Schubert and we ended lectures at Beethoven. Good thing I studied Schubert for my paper so I can answer that question fairly confidently. The others though... I'm like... at a loss for words. Looks like I'll be reading the textbook for a while before I go in. I hope it goes well...

Anyways I leave with you this funny from the other day. We were talking about the 120 dunj cape when I personally don't like. This led to some interesting ideas... };-)


I can totally see the RC cape dropping random runes as you run by. And thieving dropping little coins... maybe slayer dripping some blood... farming having some petals fall... maybe the logo should be animated too! Oh the fun of strange ideas!

Today was a milestone day for a little boy named Elstan as well!

Elite Clue, Op. 7

...She prepared for battle, cooking up a fresh load of shark. Without expecting much she geared up in her very revealing battle clothes (because the less it covers, the more defence it gives!) and teleported off to the lair of the Skelehorror.

It tried to pwn her but she was almost invincible behind her shield with a rawr on it. Finally, after its arms and tail were buried, it fell apart. She still had that slight hope that maybe an elite clue would drop, but wasn't counting on it. Well, for once, her little wish came true.


Yay! A clue with an appendage! She picked it up and read it, hoping it wasn't in the deep wilderness. It was within the walls of Varrock. OK... She ran around some and soon her clue was glowing, behind the gypsy tent.


After killing a Guthix wizard, she was directed to Taverly Dungeon. She easily hopped the strange floor with her 99 Agility and made her way south, past black demons she didn't even know existed. It was a good thing she went this way because there was her clue, across the lava, amidst the chaos dwarves.


Next, a compass.... pointing straight up... Eeeek, wildy time! Fred volunteered to be her guide and they quickly found it, around the area of the sapphire respawn. An ork tried to attack but with their combat levels of 128 and 127, they easily took him down.


A puzzle later, they found themselves running up and down Keldagrim, searching it high and low. After lots of blood, sweat, and tears, it glowed, right next to a spot they passed a time or two, but not close enough. Curse you, 11-pace orb!


The next clue took them to Piscatoris where they again searched high and low, chatting and having a good time all the while. Finally, after searching the entire perimeter and most of it up and down, it lit up at the mine.


The next orb was in Zanaris, which was a few steps away in the fairy ring. After searching a few places it lit up right by the entrance to that market you needed a diamond to enter.


The next clue was a compass again, pointing past Brimhaven to the tower of life. It was quickly spotted, a little north of it, and a puzzle casket was to be had!


After a run to Ardy South Bank, and an incredibly easy Celtic knot, the box was open, revealing the treasure!


Quite an eclectic set of items, but everything was of some use to miss Pie. A nice DD that would soon find a home, a yew seed that would make a farmer happy (I don't plant yews anymore... too much of a hassle), a crystal key which would boost her glory count over 40, and 8 Bandit Camp teles! Yay!

OK today I ground slayer. Lots of it. Actually I have been for the past few days. I keep forgetting to post because it's late and stuff but......


I got myself 98 Attack yesterday! Woooot woot!!!! At the rate I'm going I should be ready to party hardy this coming weekend! :D And of course, I couldn't get 98 Attack without making the traditional music video:

It's so unreal! It seems like a few days ago when I announced at the bus stop to my irl rs friend that I was thinking of going for 99 attack!

Chatting With The Peeps

Today I decided to do some slayer so I got to work on my veld task. Nothing interesting after the effigy drop... I did get 4 pairs of black boots though. :D

After that I helped Squiretomwa do Regicide:

I'm so tired that I kept mildly getting lost and paths were totally not like how I remembered. We still made it to Iowerth and all over to Tyras and he soon finished the quest. Woot!

I then got 49 steels for a slayer task so I geared up and headed over there. I had just lent out my tassets too so I was even more glad that I had a task where I could wear something else.

I met someone there named Eskimo Tiff who was very nice. We chatted on and off and she ended up getting THREE court summons drops! XD I got a clue scroll on my first kill but was too tired to go do it for a chance at an elite. I prefer to just grind slayer tasks into the ground so I did so, getting 2 loops and that lvl 3 clue in the process, among lots of rune limbs and other goodies. Another guy named Andrew 47 showed up and we discussed skills and such, and of course the tyical "OMG your dad plays RS?" conversation that always comes up... lol :P

As for real life, I got everything DONE off my list! My presentation went well and of course youtube took forever to load so a gal in the class told me that she knows it (she's a piano major) and as all rooms have a piano I was able to have a live performance of my piece! Hehe it was a very nice impromptu touch. Get it?? Hahahaha my piece was Impromptu in Ab Major!!! Yeah not that funny but it was awesome how it worked out. I got that form done and did my psych final. Now I don't have anything big until Friday when I do my Chinese presentation. Sweeet!

Busy Day Tomorrow

Tomorrow is going to be a busyyyy one! To start off, we're doing powerpoint presentations in Chinese. I was supposed to go tomorrow but my sister drew Friday and I was smart enough to trade days with her because....

Right after Chinese I have to do my presentation on Schubert! I get to go up to the front and blab on and on about Impromptu in Ab Major for 5 minutes. I have no idea if it will go by fast or slow but I am totally looking forward to it being done! It's my favorite piano piece in the whole entire world and I listen to it all the time and it fit in perfectly with the semester so woooot I chose it!

K then after that I have to go to one of the offices and take care of this form that I already did but it expired after like 3.5 years... Then I go off to my last psych class where I have no idea what we're doing except it involves colored pencils and it's an optional day. After that is the real biggie... I get to take my psych final. Since the class has like 400 kids we have to make an appointment to take our tests in the lab. We had the option of taking it as early as Tuesday of dead week (which was today) so I got signed right up for Wednesday. My midterm took about 15 minutes out of the hour and a half we were allowed so I'm pretty sure I'll blaze right through this one as well. Other than that I've done everything in that class I needed to do.

Once that's done I'm going to hike across the river to get food at the store for lunch and a bottle of soda.... for our orchestra party! Yayay!! I get to end this massive day of things going on with a party! We're sight reading our big headliner for spring semester and then watching the film of our performance while we snack on cookies and stuff. Ahhhhh and relax.

Once tomorrow is over I pretty much only have my Chinese presentation on Friday (which is gonna involve Oja Diamond and Jeffrey Peak :P) and will practice my solo some more to clean up some spots and then I'll be allll ready for finals week and then I'll be able to academically check out for a month! I'm sure I'll be bored of being home by Christmas, but I have a pretty good list of things I want to do both on RS and in real life that will help those long hours melt away.

Today I wrote an awesome cryptic clue to further announce the arrival of the newest Man of Osai on my other blog. I am so proud of it!! Ehehe!!

On RS today I chatted a bunch, had Lillantra, somisareg, and Cossack buy apples for me, made more pie dishes, farmed, did some construction, and started my boring bloodveld task among other things. I got an effigy which was 91 con... I'm 87 and have tons of orange spice so I was able to get that after a few tries. Then I had 93 mining so I sipped the rest of my mature stout and got that. Now it's stuck at 95 rcing. I'll be patient and hopefully the time will come up where a friend can do it for me. :D

Busy busy day tomorrowwwwwww..... Sleep will commence now!
