One Year Ago: Happy Birthday Defence Cape!

One year ago on this day, after grinding harder than I had ever before, I achieved a dream in the making for half a year. It was in April-ish of 2009 that I had a dream I got Defence as my first 99 and it was the first time I went for a skillcape and stuck with it. On this day a year ago my efforts had finally paid off. It took a little longer because I went for my quest cape in there but once I had it I felt on top of the world! ...then immediately banked the cape. I hated the colors. Ugh, it didn't match anything! It would take a few months before I got used to it enough to wear it loud and proud, and rock it in the agility outfit we all know and love from the bottom corners of this blog. :P Viva la Swiss Army Cape!

Today was one of those days when I didn't really feel like doing anything. Hardly any of my friends were online when I was so I was lonely. Remember, 80% of the reason I play RS so much is for the people, not the game. I also tried to get one of my 3 RSMV's going but it's gonna be a much bigger project than I thought so I will need like Thanksgiving Break kind of time to get it all done. So, I set off for my 98 iron dragon task. I didn't get anything except one clue scroll, coins and rune limbs but I did get some cool snaps. I was wearing my Defence today in honor of 1 year.
